Anacle is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities to its shareholders and enhancing Shareholders’ value through solid corporate governance. Our Directors recognise the importance of incorporating elements of good corporate governance in the management structures and internal control and risk management procedures of the Group so as to achieve effective accountability. Listed on 16 December 2016 on Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, our corporate governance practices are based on the principles and code provisions in the Corporate Governance Code as set out in Appendix 15 to  the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of the Stock Exchange (“GEM Listing Rules”).
